If your customer has selected a flight they would like you to hold, you can use the "Credit Card To Be Advised" button to place the flights on hold without payment. Please know that the fare is only stored in the record for ticketing that day. For the best practice, retrieve your reservation and add payment with the green Pay and Ticket button before midnight Central Standard Time. If you add payment the next day, we will have to store the current fare. If the fare has changed from what you held, we will contact you for approval on the new fare. If the fare is the same, we will issue ticket(s) and send off your confirmation email to you.  Remember to always check your spam folder when awaiting a confirmation.  Your confirmation email has an attachment with your customers invoice receipt showing the ticket numbers and price paid.
