Does your client have an unused ticket/credit on file? Here are the steps to apply that credit to a new reservation:

  • Let the air team know that you are ready to book your clients new travel arrangements and use the credit.
  • We will let you know if the old record is still active. If it is, you can send us a screenshot of the flights they want and we will put the flights in the existing PNR and let you know if there is an additional fare due.
  • If the old record is no longer active, we will have you place the new reservation on hold in Agent Air using the 'credit card to be advised' button.
  • Send us a message from the new reservation or email us the PNR locator.
  • We will check the value of the unused tickets and let you know if there is any additional fare due.
  • If an additional payment is required, we will have you add the credit card to the 'update my booking' section. Do not click the green pay and ticket button for exchanges, as this will issue the ticket at full price.
  • Let us know when you have added the payment and we will process your exchange and send you the confirmation email.
