Agent Air does prohibit ticketing for flights traveling within 72 hours, because last-minute travel is a red flag for fraudulent tickets. We are able to manually approve last-minute travel during our normal business hours, if the travel is for yourself, a family member or well-known and verified client. If you can vouch for the identity and valid credit card of the traveler, you can do this:
- Put the flights on hold in Agent Air by clicking the button that says credit card to be advised.
- Send us a message from the booking that you have legitimate, verified cardholder, last-minute flights on hold.
- We will make the necessary documentation to your reservation to authorize ticketing and advise you when complete.
- Then you will be able to redisplay your booking in Agent Air and click on the green Pay and Ticket button in your reservation.
If it is after hours, or on the weekend, you would have to put it on hold and then call the after-hours service to confirm the reservation. The fee for after-hours is $15 per call and $9 for transactions such as pricing, issuing tickets, or processing exchanges. Their number is 833-405-1242
