When you receive a schedule change notice email for your Agent Air reservation, please review the old and new flights immediately. Often times the differences are small, possibly just a new flight number or a few minutes difference. We need a reply from you to confirm that you are aware and will advise your customer of the schedule change to their reservation.
The airlines require agencies to keep PNRs up to date and synced up with the current schedule. We have to accept the change to the record in the GDS system and may need to reissue the tickets to reflect their changes.
Please reply to the email you receive as soon as possible and type "approved." We will then send you an updated itinerary for your customer. Please check your spam folder often in case communications or confirmations from us slip into spam.
If the new flights cause a missed connection or the times are unsuitable for the passengers travelers, please reply with your alternate flight request and the air team will let you know what the possible solutions are.
